Rest Days cooking.
Tomato Garlic chicken. Two chicken breasts, hammered thin, spices, tomato past, diced tomatoes, veggie mix, lots of seasoning (not a secret, just lazy)
The Lovely Lola saw this and grabbed a cracker and says “that’s really good salsa”
Sauce is nice and thick (there really is a chicken breast in there) over golden rice….good stuff.
158 grain, range ammo. 10 yards standing unsupported.
S&W 586 L-Comp for Carry. 7 rounds of 357 will solve most problems.
S&W 627PC for Competition, I used to shoot a local bullseye with this one.
